Senior Pricing : These are our new and improved 2010 Packages. These are different from the 2009 packages which do not carry over to these packages. If you choose not to use our card services if it is included in a package, it is not exchangeable for another service or for cash. About You Photography is not responsible for clothing choices, makeup choices, or haircut/style/highlight choices. We do not do re-shoots or replace images due to these choices. We will do basic acne touch up upon request. Additional touch up is done at $65 an hour with a minimum of 1 hour charged. We do have a portable studio we can bring along as well if requested. All packages are a one time session package. These can not be broken up into more than one session UNLESS we are forced to because of the weather. Any promotions or specials we have are Non-Transferable and can not be split among individuals. To qualify for any special or drawing we host, each senior must have purchased a qualifying package to be entered. All of our photography is location based at this time. No studio shots. All images included with packages must be ordered within 30 days of the posting of the gallery. We do not print paper proofs. All proofing is done on-line. Our monitors are color calibrated to our professional labs. This means that the colors and brightness levels you see on your computer screen may not correctly represent the true color of the actual physical images you receive. If you wish to create your own announcements instead of using our professional card design services, digital negatives with personal printing authorizations are $65 per image. No scanning or copying of any form is allowed of our images and are protected by federal copyright laws. Reprint, Ala Carte & Coffee Table Album Pricing About You Photography changes our senior packages on Sept 15th of each year and updates it's product and reprint pricing on Sept 15th. All orders orders additional to any packages purchased are subject the new product and reprint pricing structures.

Wedding Pricing : Book Your Wedding Before Feb 1st and receive an 11X14 inch float wrap of your favorite images from your wedding day! ****Engagement sessions/guest books are a gift from About You Photography to the bride and groom. If they choose not to use the gift, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. 2010 Packages Please call us at 701-833-5366 or drop us an e-mail at info@auphoto.net to set up an appointment so we can discuss your unique wedding needs and dreams! Because all of our full wedding packages include a cd with them, the galleries now offer a reduced print pricing for all family, guests, and brides and grooms who would like to place an order through our on-line shopping cart. Each of our brides who refer another bride who uses our services for their wedding will receive a $100 print credit from About You Photography.

Card Designs

Fine Art Prints : They are a special order item that requires an e-mail to our office at info@auphoto.net so that we can ensure that they arrive properly mounted and textured for framing. These images are original works of art by Michelle and make a wonderful addition to any home or office if you are a collector or simply enjoy the image of your choice at home. Michelle also does commissions. Sizes do vary so please read the description that accompanies each image. These are also available as greeting cards, ceramic mosaics and more. Contact us for more information as these make excellent gifts for that person who has everything!

COPYRIGHT NOTICE -- All Images On This Website Are The Express Intellectual Property Of Michelle And About You Photography. NO RIGHT CLICKING or downloading without proper license is allowed. We will e-mail you an official license according to what you purchase when you complete your purchase. Doing such is theft. Any right clicked images found on the internet will result in a billing equal to the price of a legal download. The purchase of a physical print is completely separate from the purchase of a commercial or personal download. "Personal Printing Authorizations" means, that I grant the ability to PRINT an image for personal use only. It can not be used for advertising, web advertising, store displays, magazine displays, selling any sort of product. Digital negatives (what a person might receive on a cd or flash drive) can not be distributed, passed on, given away, sold, used for book covers, cd covers, etc to anyone, any organization, for any reason. It is strictly for the original buyer's PERSONAL ENJOYMENT. Nothing more. Proper credit must be given to About You Photography at all times. "Commercial Licensing" as it pertains to About You Photography can be purchased on some images. If a client purchases Commercial Licensing from About You Photography, the buyer has purchased the right to use the purchased image for advertising their horse, product, food, etc in magazine and print advertising as well as web advertising as well. With my clients, that normally includes ranch websites, sale websites, restaurants and menus, wall displays. What this does NOT include is the ability to resell the images/digital negatives for any sort of purpose. If a paper/magazine wants to get the image to advertise or use in their publication or websites for any purpose that is not direct advertising of the original client, they must be referred back to About You Photography for that purchase/ability. About You Photography must be given credit for the image at all times not matter what use the image/digital negative is being used for. If an image is shown to a modeling agency or other recruiting center and that center wants to be able to use the image, those rights must be purchased by the agency from About You Photography. No client at any time can grant or sell any rights to anyone. All inquires must come back to About You Photography. If any other form of artist wants to recreate the image in ANY FORMAT, they must be referred back to About You Photography. About You Photography does NOT allow any paintings, drawings, sketches, manipulations, of our work...period. If you want a painting of a particular image, engraving, etc, you must come to About You Photography. In the same manner, About You Photography does not allow any scanning, copying or duplication of any kind of any physical prints purchased. To do so is theft. Even to put on your face book page.
